On Thursday, June 2, 2011, the Board of Trustees of Nimishillen Township met in special session at 8:00 AM at the Nimishillen Township Administration Office located at 4915 N. Nickelplate NE with the following members present: Trustee President Michael L. Lynch, Trustee Vice President Allen E. Gress, Trustee Lisa R. Shafer and Fiscal Officer Barry Evans.

Trustee Lynch called the meeting to order at 8:00 AM for the purpose to review Nimishillen Township’s commercial insurance coverage with Account Executive Carly Mussey-Widener with Leonard Insurance Services.  The current commercial insurance coverage for the township expires June 5, 2011.

After the presentation by Ms. Widener and after discussion, TRUSTEE GRESS MOTIONED TO AWARD THE COMMERCIAL INSURANCE CONTRACT TO LEONARD INSURANCE SERVICES FOR $41,919.14 WHICH INCLUDES 5% INCREASE FOR LIABILITY SECONDED BY TRUSTEE SHAFER.   MOTION CARRIED.

     Roll call voting:  Mr. Gress – YES; Mrs. Shafer – YES; Mr. Lynch – YES

TRUSTEE GRESS MOTIONED TO ADJOURN AT 8:50 AM SECONDED BY TRUSTEE SHAFER.  MOTION CARRIED.
