Nimishillen Township Board of Trustees

Special Meeting

June 26, 2008

On Thursday, June 28, 2008, the Board of Trustees of Nimishillen Township met in special session at 6:30 P.M. at the Nimishillen Township Hall located at 4422 Maplegrove NE with the following members present - Trustees: President Michael L. Lynch, Vice President Lisa R. Shafer and Trustee Allen E. Gress.

President Lynch called the special meeting to order at 6:30 PM and explained the Special Meeting was called to enter into Executive Session to discuss Road Department Union Negotiations.

TRUSTEE LYNCH MOTIONED TO ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE AT 6:33 PM WITH ATTORNEY TRACEY LASLO TO DISCUSS ROAD DEPARTMENT UNION NEGOTIATIONS SECONDED BY TRUSTEE GRESS. Roll call voting: Trustee Lynch – YES, Trustee Gress – YES and Trustee Shafer – YES. MOTION CARRIED. RES#08-259

TRUSTEE SHAFER MOTIONED TO RETURN FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 6:55 PM SECONDED BY TRUSTEE GRESS. Roll call voting: Trustee Lynch – YES, Trustee Gress – YES and Trustee Shafer – YES. MOTION CARRIED. RES#08-260

The Special Meeting adjourned at 6:55 PM.
