Nimishillen Township Board of Trustees

Special Meeting

June 14, 2006

 

On Wednesday, June 14, 2006, the Board of Trustees of Nimishillen Township met in Special Session at 6:00 PM at the Nimishillen Township Hall located at 4422 Maplegrove NE with the following members present:  Trustee Vice President Lisa R. Shafer and Trustee Michael L. Lynch.  Trustee President Todd D. Bosley was absent.

 

The Nimishillen Township Board of Trustees met in Special Session with Attorney James Mathews to discuss pending litigation regarding the Groffre lawsuit.  Trustee Todd D. Bosley has abstained from this lawsuit due to conflict of interest and was therefore absent

 

Mrs. Shafer opened the Special Meeting at 6:05 PM.

 

Mrs. Shafer moved to go into Executive Session at 6:06 PM to discuss items pertaining to the Groffre lawsuit, seconded by Mr. Lynch.  Voting: Mrs. Shafer – Yes and Mr. Lynch – Yes.  Motion carried.

 

Mrs. Shafer moved to come out of Executive Session at 6:44 PM, seconded by Mr. Lynch.  Voting: Mrs. Shafer – Yes and Mr. Lynch – Yes.  Motion carried.

 

Mrs. Shafer moved to adjourn at 6:45 PM, seconded by Mr. Lynch. Voting: Mrs. Shafer – yes and Mr. Lynch – yes.  Motion carried.
