Nimishillen Township Board of Trustees

January 12, 2006

 

On Thursday, January 12, 2006, the Board of Trustees of Nimishillen Township met in Special Session at 5:30 P.M. at the Nimishillen Township Hall located at 4422 Maplegrove NE with the following members present:  Trustees Todd D. Bosley, Lisa R. Shafer, and Michael L. Lynch.

 

Todd Bosley opened the special meeting at 5:30 p.m. and motioned to go into Executive Session with Attorney Jim Mathews at 5:31 p.m. for the purpose of discussing pending litigation, seconded by Lisa Shafer.  Voting: Todd Bosley – Yes, Lisa Shafer – Yes and Mike Lynch - Yes

 

Todd Bosley motioned to come out of Executive Session at 5:56 p.m., seconded by Mike Lynch.  Voting:  Todd Bosley – Yes, Mike Lynch – Yes and Lisa Shafer – Yes

 

Todd Bosley motioned to adjourn, seconded by Lisa Shafer.  Voting: Todd Bosley – Yes, Lisa Shafer – Yes and Mike Lynch – Yes

 

Meeting adjourned at 5:56 p.m.
