TONIGHT’S CASE – APPEAL #572:
Walt
Barson of 5090 Hahn NE, N. Canton, OH – Nimishillen Township stepped to the podium and said he is asking for a
variance for an accessory building (garage) to be 2,400 sq. ft. in size and a
height of 16’ so he can store all of his vehicles that are presently sitting
outside. Mr. Barson said he has 4 acres.
The health department inspected the property and everything is
okay. He will take the building 15’ to
20’ off of his current driveway using stone this year and put in concrete next
year. The accessory building will be 30’
from his western property line. When asked who would be building it, he said it
will be built by the Amish.
